Great experience with Sandy at Bali Waves Surf School. He was great in helping me progress as an intermediate-advanced surfer and used his local knowledge of Uluwatu area to our advantage. Great service and will be back again!

Sandy is one of the best instructors I had the chance to meet during my surf trip in Indonesia. He is very patient, knows good technic and gives the best advice. I don’t just recommend him but I’m coming back in a few months for more lessons 🙂

Best surf school in Bali!! Sandy is the man, I ve done 1 on 1 lessons and group lessons with him. He is amazing in the water and very good at giving directions while having fun at the same time. Learned a lot from him, would 100% recommend.

He is so calm and always makes sure you feel capable, which has really helped me progress. His knowledge of the local surf spots is also invaluable.

Sandy was one of the best surf coaches in had in Bali. He knows all the beaches in the Uluwatu area well and has good recommendations on which breaks to surf during which days depending on skill level. I wanted to find someone that could give me technical advice and he was able to help me improve my paddling form, pop up and turn.

U should take a lesson from Sandy. He’s very good at explaining techniques and tips to surfers from beginner to advanced level. He taught me a lot of good tips.

We took a last minute class last night and Sandy was there. Private lesson for 2 people in the end. It was our first time surfing and Sandy was very patient and explained very well!

It was an amazing time! The surfcoach Sandy is so far the best surf teacher i met. he has a lot of knowlegde and he likes to share it. He‘s not just a teacher we became friends and had a lot of good times in the sea while surfing and also after surfing. If you search a surcooch go to him! you will not regret it.

We did a group private lesson and we had 3 coaches for 7 of us. They helped us a lot during the 2 hour class. Price includes also rental equipment and water after surfing. Coaches were very friendly and easy-going.

Best Surf School around! highly recommend it, Sandy is the biggest legend super nice funny as and an incredible instructor. Lots of waves and Lots of fun!!!!!!

Sandy and David were very patient with us. They instructed us well on how to stand on the surfboard and then gave us enough space to learn it in the water. They are good motivators!
